Clean up your Vibes

Clean up your Vibes

Everything is energy, whether animate or inanimate, and everything that’s energy holds vibrations, or vibes. Good vibes feed our Soul, and makes us feel good, whereas heavy and negative vibes make us feel lethargic, depressed and not very good. Everyone should have high vibrations that fill their lives with positive feelings, and make them feel good; however, sadly this isn’t the case for most people, as many people aren’t aware of vibrations. Have you ever met someone for the first time, and you felt uplifted by their company instantly? Or on the other end of the scale, you know someone who each time you meet them you feel as though your energy is being drained from you, and these people are energy drainers, or energy vampires, and sadly they’re probably not aware that they’re making you feel this way. Energy vampires can’t produce or sustain their own life force energy in a positive way, and consequently they feed off others energy, slowly, but surely draining your precious life force energy out of you. Homes, and offices or your place of work can have exactly the same effect, either positive or negative. A house or office can feel uncomfortable, and somehow you can’t find a reason as to why you feel so uncomfortable. It’s different if you know the history of the property, and you can identify why the feelings are prevalent, as in negativity, sickness or death by previous occupants. Buildings and spaces hold the energy of the previous residents. If you’re in a space that just doesn’t feel quite right, it’s simply because of remaining negative energy. Feng Shui is the art placement, and with Feng Shui we look at the effect that an environment has upon the lives of individuals. I always advise my clients to look to their home and workplaces to discover how it really makes them feel. I also ask them to set their intentions, and energies for good health, wealth, peace of mind, and positive experiences. This can be done through space clearing. All clutter no matter how old, holds stagnant energy, and this energy can only be eliminated through cleansing the spaces. You see the more clutter you have in the home, the more sluggish the energy will become.  Homes are cleansed energetically to clear negative vibrations out, and to make room for positive energy vibrations to come in. It is important to understand that clutter includes, not just junk and rubbish, but things you no longer have a use for, as well as items you may have fallen out of love with; certain items can trigger memories of difficult or tough times in your life, and in turn this will have a low complex energy that drains the living energy from you. Once you have decided to commence battle with your clutter you will feel the benefit immediately, however always remember clutter somehow has a way of sneaking into your home without being asked in, and generally in the same areas, over and over again, so be vigilant and have a constant eye on the lookout for clutter. Start de-cluttering today, however start small, and don’t try to do it all at once, or you’ll be overwhelmed! During your de cluttering process decide what items you want to keep, what to...

The Yin and Yang in Life

The Yin and Yang in Life

We all experience moments of highs and lows, this is the Yin and Yang of life! Within each of us there is a flow of life force energy, and the life flow energy has two key expressions, and they are the outward and the inward flow of energies. The Yang energy is masculine energy, and the Yin is feminine energy.  Yin and Yang interconsume each other, as one can’t exist without the other, and the interaction of these two forces creates the life in which we live, and are the essence of the Universe. Everything in life is all down to our emotions! When I say emotions, I mean emotions that we RESPOND to, as opposed to REACTING to! Emotions are good as they’re our emotional compass, our guidance, guiding us to what feels good, and they let us know when we’re off track! Let’s take a look at the masculine and feminine aspects of Yin and Yang. The Yin is the feminine energy that flows inward, and is the inner acceptance, and receiving energy.  This energy is associated with feelings and gut instincts (intuition), and is fully active when working creatively through our imagination. The Yin energy uses the right hemisphere of the brain, and is in control of the left side of the body. Yin is total creative energy of the arts, dance and music, and when in balance we flow creatively.    When the right brain is out of balance or is primarily right dominant, we are powerless in making rational decisions, and liable to be emotionally unbalanced, or away with the fairies. The right hemisphere creates intimacy, and produces natural feelings of sensitivity, concern and empathy for others, and naturally motivates emotional support. The Yang-masculine energy is focused, assertive and passionate energy that is transformational outward flowing energy, and it’s the creative flow of life force energy; it is the extroverted energy of life. The Yang energy is the energy we expel when we are focusing our attention upon something. The Yang energy uses the left hemisphere of our brain, and is associated with our logical thinking, logical tasks and analytical skills, as well as controlling the right side of the body. Left brain people are more rational as opposed to being intuitive, and can be emotionally detached, experiencing unresponsive emotions, and can struggle to deal with people and things going on around us If we can start working with both sides of the brain, our thinking will definitely be clearer, offering us clarity of thought. Accomplishing left and right brain synchronisation helps the individual to function in a more constructive, whole way, and when both sides work together as a team, thoughts, feelings and emotions are balanced, and in harmony. I find that meditation helps in balancing both hemispheres of my brain, as it not only slows down my mind, and it also balances my emotions, helping to improve my well-being. By gaining an understanding of your energy system, you can intentionally modify the way your energy flows.  A well balanced energy system allows emotional healing and well-being in all aspects of...
